Adornment Care

  • Put your jewelry on last, after cosmetics, perfume, hairspray and other chemical substances that can be corrosive.
  • Avoid your jewelry being in contact with fruit acid, vinegar, sea salt, alcohol, and  chlorine.
  • Dry your hands before handling, or putting on, any piece of fashion jewelry from your collection. Remove your jewelry before cleaning, showering, swimming or exercising, as this could damage metals
  • After wearing, wipe your jewelry with a soft (dry) cloth.
  • Store your jewelry pieces separately, in a jewelry box or pouches, to avoid scratching.
  • Over time, minor tarnish is to be expected, it can be buffed off with a jewelry polishing cloth, but cleaning heavy tarnish may also remove some gold or silver plate from the piece, so go easy.
